Dean of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture professor A.N. Esaulkov and the Head of Department of Agricultural Chemistry and Plant Physiology Associate Professor M.S. Sigida participated in the seminar-meeting "early spring feeding of winter grain and especially its implementation in 2016."
The participants talked about the results of a comprehensive diagnostic features of early spring feeding of the winter wheat crop in 2016; discussed the weather, the condition of winter crops; analyzed the practice of diagnosis and fertilizing of winter crops in 2015 and defined tasks for spring 2016, considered the use of remote sensing technologies for monitoring farmland of winter crops.
The event took place on the territory of FGBU GTSAS "Stavropol" with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Stavropol region V. Egorov. It was attended by about 150 people, including specialists of the State Agrochemical Service Station "Prikumsk", the chief agronomist of municipal district administrations, agrochemists areas, farmers, agronomists, agricultural, regional HydroMetCenter experts, representatives of procurement agencies.
