In the Stavropol State Agrarian University has launched a new project "Media School of SSAU", the essence of which is to teach students the basics of reportage photography and art photography.
The curators of the project are the participants of the initiative group "Agrarian Photos and Videos" Sofia Dzhatdoeva, Anna Bogdanova and Valeria Efimova.
- Modern art photography oversteps limits, turning from the picture in art - say the project organizers. - The purpose of the media school - to instill young people interested in artistic photography, because it develops creative thinking; I would like to create an opportunity for all those interested in this art form, to feel part of the event for which you look into the lens; teach students concentration, discipline of mind, a sense of geometry ... As part of our project will be conducted master classes experienced photographers, as well as the exhibition of the best photographs by students of Agrarian University.
The new project "Media School of SSAU" is a creative platform to work on improving your own style, improve the technical level, and develop artistic vision of the world. And also it is the ability to practice shooting reportage and artistic photography, enjoy the creativity, enjoy and be inspired by the works of the masters. "To photograph is the only one who will be able to build on the same axis of the eye, head and heart," - says a prominent photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson.
