The study of microclimate assessment in livestock buildings

As part of the discipline "Animal Hygiene" 3rd year students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine under the direction of Associate Professor of Private zootechnics and breeding animals A. Hodusov assessed the microclimate conditions at the vivarium of the Faculty of Technology Management.

Experimental-biological clinic (vivarium) is a scientific and auxiliary division of the university, created to maintain, and if necessary for the breeding of laboratory animals used in biomedical research. During the laboratory practical classes the base and equipment of scientific and therapeutic and diagnostic center is actively used. Established under the "Education" priority national project in 2007 and received more than 60 million rubles for equipping, first of all, the Center is designed to train veterinary students practical skills of work with the animals, the study of regulatory requirements to create the necessary conditions for the animals, carrying out their effective treatment.

Future veterinarians in practice learned the principles of using modern equipment: TKA-PKM, MES 200, gas analyzers OKA-MT - allowing to study parameters such as humidity and air velocity, temperature, illuminance, gas composition.
