Professor of the Department of State and Municipal Management and Law, Doctor of Law, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation V. Cherepanov gave a lecture on "The role and significance of elections in the public authorities formation " in the training workshop in Donskoe village of Trunovskiy area.
The seminar was organized for the heads of territorial and divisional election commissions of Kochubeevskiy, Novoselitsliy, Predgorniy and Trunovsliy areas of Stavropol region. It was attended by deputy chairman of the Stavropol Territory Government, the head of Stavropol Territory government apparatus O. Prudnikova; Chairman of Stavropol Territory Electoral Commission of E. Demyanov; employees of region election commission system, the administration of the municipal district Trunovskiy and 60 directors of territorial and divisional election commissions of region areas.
Also V. Cherepanov participated in the testing of election commissions heads, in the discussion of problematic issues of organizing and conducting elections of local self-government, which will be held on March 27th, 2016.
