Today, on the Day of Cosmonautics, Faculty of Economics of the SSAU has held thematic conference "We’ve blazed a trail to the stars ..."

55 years ago the Soviet spacecraft "Vostok" with the first cosmonaut on the board - Yuri Gagarin – was launched from the Cosmodrome Baikonur. This flight has marked the beginning of a new, space age - the era of manned space flight. Since that day space exploration has begun.
Students of profile "Economy" prepared thematic reports and presentations about the history of space development, about worldwide known cosmonauts Yuri Gagarin and Valentina Tereshkova, about life and work of the "space" Academician S.P. Korolev. These remarkable words belong to him: "The sublime never goes away; it belongs to people forever." Indeed, this idea lives in the achievements of modern astronautics.
