The Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education of a new generation is the foundation for new education

The teaching staff of the Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in All-Russia seminar-meeting of deans of agronomy faculties of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation "On the implementation of the FSES of HE 3+ and prospects for transition to a new generation of FSES of HE ". The event took place on the basis of the Voronezh State Agricultural University.

The Head of the department of Technology of Production and Processing of Agricultural Products, Professor O.V Sycheva and the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture, Associate Professor, L.V. Maznitsyna, listened to the speakers, participated in the discussion on topical issues and on the ways of implementing educational programs of higher education, visited the research laboratories, the Museum, the Voronezh State Agricultural University Library named after the tsar Peter I.

The seminar was attended by the Chairman of the Federal EMD in higher education for the enlarged group of specialties and areas of training "Agriculture, forestry and fisheries," Professor V.E .Berdyshev; Rector of Voronezh State Agrarian University, Associate Professor, N.I. Bukhtoyarov; Deputy Director of Association "Agroobrazovanie”; Associate Professor N.V .Skorohodova; representatives of the Department of Agrarian Policy of the Voronezh region and the regional Duma. 36 universities of the country have been presented by the deans and deputy deans, directors of institutes, and heads of departments.

In his speech, V.E. Berdyshev dwelt upon the quality assurance requirements on multi-level training of specialists and introduced the upcoming changes in the educational policy of the state. N.V. Skorohodova highlighted the problems of training specialists of agronomic profile and prospects for transition to the Federal State Higher Education of a new generation. Deans of the faculties shared their experience in implementing FSES of HE 3+ in agronomic area; they also discussed the peculiarities of students' practical training. Issues of state accreditation of institutions of higher education and the interaction of education with science and industry have also been discussed.

The organizers did not forget about a gift for the guests - it was a wonderful concert of folk song and dance ensemble "Chernozemochka".
