SSAU is a participant of Moscow International Education Salon

Delegation of Stavropol State Agrarian University headed by the rector, Professor, V.I. Trukhacheva took part in the opening of Moscow International Education Salon. It’s the most important event in the sphere of Russian education, which has been organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation the third time.

The purpose of the event is an integration of all participants involved into educational process: the heads of educational institutions, government, community organizations, students, school leavers, and their parents. At the same time it was a fair of educational services and a good opportunity to communication with international partners.

O. Golodets, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation, and D. Livanov, the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, were present at the opening of the International Education Salon.

Expositions of agricultural universities were attended by E.Y. Astrakhantseva, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and E.I .Metelkova, the Director of Department of Scientific and Technological Policy and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. E.I. Metelkova held a working meeting with the rectors of agricultural universities within the frames of business program "MMCO - 2016".

Over 15 000 managers and specialists of educational institutions of all levels from more than 70 regions of Russia, neighboring and foreign countries, representatives of the educational authorities at federal, regional and municipal levels, providers of technologies and content for education visited the Salon on the first day.

At the Moscow International Salon, Stavropol State Agrarian University was presented by the Rector, Professor, V.I. Trukhachev; the Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation V. Y. Morozov; the head of the Educational and Scientific Testing Laboratory, Professor, G.P. Starodubtseva; the head of the regional Selective and Technological Centre on management of highly productive genetic resources, Professor, S. Oleinik; the head of the laboratory for determination of the quality parameters and safety of food products and food raw materials S.I. Lyubaya; the head of the center of youth innovative creativity "Vector" E.V. Kulaev; the head of scientific and innovative training center, SP Sklyarov.

The All-Russian scientific and technical youth creativity competition "НТТМ – 2016" was held within the framework of the Moscow International Education Salon. The contestants were the students and young professionals represented copyrights and collective research, development, and projects.

In the final of the competition Stavropol State Agrarian University was presented by the following students: a graduate student of the Faculty of Technological Management A. Reutov; a graduate student of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Recourses, M. Herman; a student of the Faculty of Faculty of Electrification in Agriculture A. Shunina; a graduate student of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization A. Spirochkin, a graduate student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine A. Kanibolotsky.

As part of the Salon over 200 forums, lectures, seminars, master classes and workshops for representatives of the professional community (teachers and heads of educational institutions) were held.
