Students and teachers of the Stavropol State Agrarian University completed the creative year with the grand gala- concert "Star placer of talents - 2016" .

The Rector of SSAU, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor, member of the Duma of Stavropol Territory, Stavropol Territory Labor Hero, Honorable Citizen of the Stavropol Territory, Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev went up to the stage of concert hall "Stavropol" . He welcomed the participants and announced the good news: on September the 1-st 11-storey hostel will come into operation among the best agricultural universities in the country and the best in the Stavropol Territory, where in 1-2 bed rooms with separate bathrooms 750 students will accommodate. On each floor - kitchen for those who want to cook by themselves, on the second floor- dining room for 250 seats, so that students of SSAU will be able to satisfy hunger between classes, rehearsals, training. New building is located in a University campus in the center of Stavropol.

Other pleasant news was the signing of the contract with a strategic partner of the University "Holod". This year agrarian university students go to summer holiday to the Black Sea coast free of charge. Commercial Director of the company Natalia Gurova said that the University has long been not just a partner, but a reliable, good friend. "Fifteen hundred of our employees are convinced that the Agrarian University - the best university in the world,"- she said.

Brilliant concert completed Awarding ceremony of the best students of the University. Nine scholars of SSAU academic council, three winners of the IV Intellectual games "New Farmer", which was held in Moscow and eleven members of basketball team - winners of the Championship of the Association 2015-2016 during college basketball season received the awards.

Vladimir Ivanovich also called on the scene the deans of the faculties and their vice-deans and warmly thanked for the work.

"As a leader, I like consistency. If you do something that happened once, it is necessary to consolidate and strive for excellence. Quality in everything - that is the ultimate test of our work ", - the Rector admonished colleagues and students. He also congratulated everybody with the upcoming May holidays, and promised that all who today has been on the scene will receive from one to three schoolaship, depending on the personal contribution. Sweet gifts from JSC "Holod" were specially prepared for all faculties of the university cakes, decorated with their symbols. All present people also were treated with a magnificent Pyatigorsk ice- cream.

It is a separate conversation about the concert events. Student teams performed the variety of genres and styles. .

"Waltz of the Flowers" by Tchaikovsky opened the evening by the show-ballet "Stylnye shtuchki." The audience sang a student anthem "Gaudeamus". Chorus of the SSAU staff sang "Old tango" shown that they did not forget the own student youth. Then the student academic choir sang wonderful song.

Singers were changed by dancers, the language of plastics and rhythm demonstrated how great our multinational Russia and as close to us people of Europe.

The end was a big pop concert.
