Professor of Technology Management Faculty, O. V. Sycheva, took part in the First International Forum of mineral water sources Н2О, which was held in Pyatigorsk.
There were more than 300 participants, including those from near and far abroad countries, gathered to discuss international experience in spa treatment, topical problems of resorts and their solutions, as well as integration into the world system of the resort. Participants suggested that heads of Russian regions, heads of enterprises for the extraction and bottling of mineral water, the representatives of the leading health resorts, travel agencies and the scientific community to its waste, proven in practice technology.
O.V. Sycheva spoke with the report" Implementation of the mandatory requirements of the TR CU 021/2011 "On food safety" through the development and implementation of procedures based on HACCP principles" at the panel discussion "Water Society of Industrialists. Manufacture and sale of mineral water". She shared her experience of the Stavropol State Agrarian University in organizing and conducting training courses in this area for food production experts.
The significance of the event stressed the governor of the region Vladimir Vladimirov, saying that the Stavropol region is aimed at the dynamic development of the spa industry, health tourism. He expressed readiness to implement the best international practices and to share the remarkable operating time of treatment and rehabilitation of holidaymakers using medicinal water, mud and the properties of the mountain climate, thereby contributing to the effective establishment of useful business contacts and implementation of new interesting ideas in this area.
