School of student activists " Trajectory of growth", which, took place on the base camp "Lesnaya Polyana" for three days in May, plunged the young leaders of the Stavropol State Agrarian University in seminars, trainings, workshops with trainers - experts students of Trainers Association Yelena Sonina and Sergey Shaforostov.

The main purpose of a large education program is a training of students organizing events and developing their own projects.

The first day started with an introduction and a rope course for teambuilding. Then Sergei Shaforostov told about the elements on which to build effective team, spoke to the participants on the topic of leadership and goal setting. In turn Sonina Elena told about the details of the preparation of an activity from "A" to "Z". Interesting day efforts of the art asset management student school ended exciting event, “Where is the logic?”

The next day was even more complete: a cognitive quest first aid, role playing and two interesting lectures by experts and trainers.

Sergey Shaforostov gave a lecture "The motivation and promotion", which gave the participants the basic knowledge related to motivation. Then all together we define the leading motives of man and his motivational filters, as well as answer the question: "How to make sure that the event was relevant?" Sonine Elena helped the participants to understand the structure of the perfect event. Ten fascinating master classes in completely different areas, ranging from stress and ending fundraising - so began the third day of student education school asset. Each participant found a new interesting destination and got the necessary skills and knowledge. Day continued public protection projects. And at the end there was an event of art management. That is how there were three rich, vivid, interesting day. There was the strong educational program and exciting quests, effective and close-knit team work. All participants will be awarded certificates, and the knowledge gained will help them in professional development and growth.
