Students of Faculty of Accounting and Finance of SSAU are demanded by VTB Bank

Agreement on the provision of places for passage educational and industrial practice by the students of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance of SSAU in VTB bank and a road map for joint innovation, scientific and practical and social activities for 2016-2017 were signed as a result of the meeting Dean of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance Kostyukova E.I., Head of Financial management and banking department Sklyarova Yu.M., associate professor of Accounting management Bobryshev A.N. with a branch manager of VTB Bank in Stavropol Dyrenko Alexander Mikhailovich.

Alexander Mikhailovich introduced the guests to the staff of the branch, noting the high level of professionalism among them graduates of the Agricultural University, and also spoke about the activities and plans of the bank. Much attention he paid to the innovative control system on the model of "Strategic holding", which provides:

- availability of a unified development strategy of VTB Group companies;

- a single brand;

- centralized management of financial performance and risk;

- uniform monitoring system;

- coordinating the planning and reporting processes;

- focus on sharing best practices and developing common standards.

The current control system provides for the implementation in two areas management: administrative management and functional management.

An innovative approach to the management of a group of companies will expand the professional competence and functional specialists and students of the faculty.
