Roadmap for training staff for the banking sector was signed by Gazprombank and SSAU

Branch Manager of Gazprombank in Stavropol A. G. Kuritsyn and Head of the Department of Financial Management and Banking of SSAU, Doctor of Economics, Professor Julia Sklyarova discussed the plan of joint innovation, scientific and practical and social activities for 2016-2017 and signed a joint activity roadmap.

Its central element will be the training of highly qualified personnel to work in the banking sector, given the strong results of the cooperation of the bank and the university, both in the number of employed young professionals and quality training.

The branch of Gazprombank in Stavropol and FSBEI HE «Stavropol State Agrarian University" binds long-term cooperation on a range of areas, from lectures and workshops with the participation of the bank's employees to training and subsequent employment of students

In 2015 Gazprombank became a member of a joint pilot project "Banking School". The training of SSAU students get an opportunity to go more in-depth training educational program, to develop professional competence related to the operation of credit institutions, and master additional professional activities. Practical training program has already proven to be effective: a number of university graduates already working successfully in Gazprombank.
