Stavropol Agrarian University met the Day of Russia together with the governor

A large detachment of students and teachers of the Stavropol Agrarian University headed by the rector Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev took part in celebrations to mark the Day of Russia, which took place on Sunday in the Castle Hill of the regional capital. The festive meeting was held under the slogan "I am proud of you, my Russia!".

Staff and students are proud of SSAU twice. The university - the only one in the North Caucasus and the only one of 54 agricultural universities of the country by the end of 2015 entered the hundred best universities in the country's prestigious National RAEX rating. Material and technical base of SSAU - its classrooms, laboratories, sports halls and platforms, their equipment, acquiring on the principle: "All the best to students" - can only envy, if you have no relationships to the university and not using its capabilities. In addition, by 1 September, it is planning to put into operation the fifth in a row and the most modern and comfortable hostel in the North Caucasus Federal District with 750 student places.

Light audiences with multimedia equipment, Internet "in the air", comfortable accommodation, interesting and rich student life, quality education, put together efforts of the rector, corresponding member of Russian Academy of Sciences, professor, deputy of the Duma of Stavropol Territory, the Hero of Labor of Stavropol, honorary citizen of Stavropol Territory V.I. Trukhachev are part of the lives of staff and students of SSAU make that part of Russia which wants to be proud of.

There is also a belief that given a high example of insistence to ourselves and others, to the environment, the conditions of work and life, the university graduates in their future work will keep high the bar of their own achievements.

After all, as the Governor Vladimir Vladimirov said on the meeting, it depends on us, as we will see Russia tomorrow, that it will take for the well-being and development.

"I wish everyone that in the current difficult times in our families and homes have always lived consent and love. And let the sky above our heads will always be peaceful ", - the head of the region wished.

After the welcoming words sounded from the stage, participants of the action together with V.V. Vladimirov performed the national anthem of the Russian Federation.

The rally continued to a concert, a bike ride for children and adults, folk festivals, which contributed to the great weather and the summer heat, came finally in the Stavropol region.
