High evaluation of the jury awarded the semi-finished product of the authors: O.V. Sycheva, I.A. Trubina, E.A. Skorbina, S.N. Shlykova, R.S. Omarova and the students of S.A. Ismailova and E.R. Shirits.
An A-level student, a graduate of the Faculty of Technology Management at the direction of training "Products of animal origin" Elena Shirits presented tasty and healthy cutlet "three in one" at the competition. SSAU awarded silver medal contest for innovative technology of dairy desserts on preventive orientation. The jury liked the milk-cuff Blanc (whipped soufflé) and pudding with chocolate and stevia instead of sugar, which makes low-calorie dessert and beneficial for diabetics.
