Gold and silver medal awarded to the development of teachers and students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University in the field of food technology

At the annual All-Russian show-contest of the best food products, food raw materials and innovative developments, which took place on the 8-9^th of June in Volgograd on the International scientific-practical conference "Development of innovative technologies for the production of animal feed and products based on modern biotechnological methods power ', Stavropol State Agrarian University awarded the Gold medal for the development of technology products on a meat basis for a healthy diet. High evaluation of the jury awarded the semi-finished product of the authors: O.V. Sycheva, I.A. Trubina, E.A. Skorbina, S.N. Shlykova, R.S. Omarova and the students of S.A. Ismailova and E.R. Shirits.

An A-level student, a graduate of the Faculty of Technology Management at the direction of training "Products of animal origin" Elena Shirits presented tasty and healthy cutlet "three in one" at the competition. Without revealing the exact recipe, we only indicate that a healthy product is made on the basis of poultry meat with the addition of the necessary body of fiber and herbs.

SSAU awarded silver medal contest for innovative technology of dairy desserts on preventive orientation. The jury liked the milk-cuff Blanc (whipped soufflé) and pudding with chocolate and stevia instead of sugar, which makes low-calorie dessert and beneficial for diabetics.
