Agrochemist of SSAU increased payback on fertilizer due to the optimization of the ratio and number of applied systems

Report on the theme "The role of the Department of Agricultural Chemistry of the Stavropol State Agrarian University in the development of basic and applied research in the North Caucasus" was presented by Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, professor of the department of Agricultural Chemistry and Plant Physiology, professor of Russian Academy of Sciences at the jubilee tenth international symposium "Commonwealth scientists agrochemists and CIS agroecology "which took place on the 8-9^th of June in Krasnodar. The symposium was attended by over 70 scientists agricultural chemists and ecologists from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and representatives of the agro-chemical centers, universities and research institutes.

In his speech, Alexander Nikolaevich talked about the state of research in the Stavropol Agricultural University and the North Caucasus region. For example, the University scientists found patterns of change agrochemical parameters of different types of soil, depending on the time factor, improving the system of fertilizers and methods of physical changes in soil fertility. By optimizing the ratio of fertilizer use systems able to improve the return of one kilogram of active ingredient to 10-13 kg of winter wheat.

With the support of the Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University V.I. Trukhachev, material and technical base of the university was radically changed. Research was made possible by the creation of the University of 7 specialized laboratories of innovation, including the agrochemical analysis, soil monitoring, precision agriculture.

The symposium was conducted by the president of "Union of scientists and agrochemical agroecology" V.G. Sychev, Academician, the director of "Institute of Agricultural Chemistry", which was made with the theme of "Results and Perspectives in the Geography Network experiments with fertilizers."

The reports were made by: Sheudzhen A.H., the Head of the Department of Agricultural Chemistry in KubGAU "Kuban fertility and productivity of soil"; Gamzikov G.P., Academician, Professor of Agricultural Chemistry of Novosibirsk State Agrarian University; Agafonov E.V., the Head of Department of Agricultural Chemistry Professor of Don State Agrarian University with the theme "The effectiveness of poultry manure on black soil of the Rostov region"; Scubiev S.I., Vice Rector, with the theme "Experience in the use of remote monitoring technology lands in the agro-industrial complex of Russia"; Persikova T.F., Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor with the theme of "The Academy: Past and Present"; Podkolzin O.A., Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, director of CAC FGBU "Krasnodar" with the theme "The development of cooperation between scientists and specialists of agrochemical center " Krasnodar "in the implementation of scientific achievements of Kuban agriculture" and many others.

During the seminar, researchers visited a number of farms of Don and Krasnoarmeyskiy districts. The plan for the next year was affirmed.
