Parade of Russian students will be held in Stavropol

September, 10 the first students’ parade will take place in Stavropol, which will be attended by representatives of higher and secondary educational institutions of the region. It was discussed at a meeting of the Council of rectors of the region, which was held in Stavropol State Agrarian University.

This year the action will take place for the third time and will cover 30 cities in the country. The parade was designed to unite and bring together University students, to enable freshmen to feel a part of a big happy family student, will give the beginning of their student life. The adoption of the Swear of the Russian student on this day will be a bright event that each participant will remember for a lifetime.

In its scope and significance of the parade is a unique and most significant youth event not only in the life of the region but on a national scale: tens of thousands of children from different cities of the country will declare this a day of unity of the student youth in Russia.

With other regions of the country, the parade will join the teleconference. Throughout the event will be broadcast live on the Internet.

"As symbols of the parade can offer scarves of sunny yellow color as the flag of our region. Vivid detail externally, will bring together students from various educational institutions of the region, promoting in young people a sense of pride in their region, their city," said Deputy Chairman of the regional Government Irina Kuvaldina.

"We all need a campaign that unites the youth of the region, working on the development of active life position of students. You need to participate in various national events and to help our students to engage in a competitive struggle for the title of best in a larger number of nominations, " said the rector of SSAU, professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev.

Grant for the parade in the Stavropol region this year won the North-Caucasus Federal University. Rector of NCFU Alina Levitskaya invited the heads of educational institutions to combine efforts and said that in the framework of the grant in the fall will be a number of large-scale events. In particular, Stavropol will be hosting the all-Russian forum "Russian Student" and the final stage of the Russian national award "Student of the year", which will be held from 14 to 18 November 2016 with the support of the Russian public organization "Russian Youth Union" all-Russian public youth movement "Association of students and student's associations of Russia and the Government of the Stavropol territory.
