Employees of Stavropol State Agrarian University are prepared to participate in a large program to create a long-term forecast of development of agrarian and industrial complex of Russia. Only six leading educational institutions of 54 higher education institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation are entrusted with the establishment of the branch prediction and monitoring centers. One of them is Stavropol State Agrarian University.
In view of the set tasks, the program: "Creating prediction centers and monitoring of scientific and technological development of the agro-industrial complex" in the NRU Higher School of Economics have been studied by the Head of NIRS and HTTM Research and Innovation Training Center, Associate Professor of the department of Parasitology and veterinary sanitary inspection, anatomy and pathological anatomy S.P. Sklyarov and Associate Professor of the department of Private animal husbandry, selection and animal breeding E.I. Rastovarov.
During the training, they have mastered innovative methods of foresight forecasting which are part of the forecast of scientific and technological development of Russia until 2030 approved by the Russian Government, acquired best practices and brought to Stavropol methodological developments and electronic materials.
