"Bravissimo!" from the establishment of the European quality for the best Agricultural University in Russia

Absolute recognition from all the participants of the European Foundation for quality management (ЕFQM) received in Italy Stavropol State agrarian University. October, 3 at the enlarged meeting of the Academic Council reported to the staff of the rector V. I. Trukhachev and representatives of the academic delegation.

The focus of the Scientific Council was the comparative results of the SSAU participating in the prestigious European competition, since 2008, when the Stavropol agricultural University immediately managed to win the title of Finalist. And, of course, a brilliant summary of the year 2016, a record. After all, the only educational institution in Europe, the only Russian University – Stavropol state agrarian University in the history of the competition "Award for excellence" was able to achieve the highest level of recognition. It's the third time confirmed the status of the Winner of EFQM "EXCELLENCE AWARD"!

Presented at the exhibition the audience could see the enormous number of awards in the field of quality won by the team of SSAU. "Such a unique arsenal does not have any other University in our country! – proudly said the rector Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev to his team. But for today's unprecedented recognition in Europe, the University was going for nearly 20 years".

About this European triumph of the Stavropol State Agrarian University enthusiastically said: head of the Center for quality management education, associate Professor E. V. Khokhlova, professors, deans of the faculties of Economic O. N. Kusakina; Agrobiology and land resources and ecology and landscape architecture A. N. Esaulko; Farm mechanization A. T. Lebedev; Accounting and Finance E. I. Kostyukova, and Vice-rector for academic and educational work, associate professor I. V. Atanov. But the main message that unites these performances, perhaps, is to express the words of the Dean of the faculty of Veterinary medicine and technology management, associate professor V. S. Skripkin: "We were on the same level with the leading brands in the world!"

At the conclusion of the Academic Council, the rector of SSAU Vladimir Trukhachev urged the heads of all departments and every member of the 20 thousand members of the University community: "to be always at the forefront of quality, to be always by the legislator in many areas of University activities."

In the near future the Russian team organizing the European level, the flagship domestic higher agro-education of the Stavropol GAU will define the new horizons of development for the future good results for the benefit of the country, continuing its way to the Excellence policy.
