How to make Italian accent wine

The experience of wine production in Italy – students of the Faculty of Agrobiology and land resources.

October 12 at the Faculty of Agrobiology and land resources a meeting with guests from Italy - practicing sommeliers project «Vsem Vina» Lyudmila Kirpicheva and Maurizio della Rocchetta.

On the open lecture "Wines of Italy" sommelier told about the features of wine production in the Italian cooperatives, telling about the local classification of alcoholic beverages. So, Maurizio Della Rocchetta noted that Italy has a long tradition of winemaking, using its own grapes and unique methods, which in recent years become more and more sophisticated.

During the lesson the future professionals in the field of winemaking had a comparative tasting of varietal wines of Italian production.
