Two projects of undergraduate students of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance reached the final of the program "UMNIK" NeuroNet.
In the office of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (Moscow) there took place the final selection of projects of the "UMNIK" program in cooperation with the working group NeuroNet in the framework of the National Technology Initiative (NTI).
In total, there were 296 applications on 4 directions: AeroNet, MariNet and AutoNet and NeuroNet. 60 projects from 16 regions of Russia got to the final of the competition on NeuroNet direction regarding advanced development related to neuroscience. Among them there are projects of undergraduate students of the first year of study of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance of Stavropol State Agrarian University - Gochiyayeva Aminat (master's program "Accounting, analysis and audit") and Shumskaya Victoria (master’s program "Management Accounting and Controlling").
Under the leadership of Head of the Department of Statistics and Econometrics of SSAU, Dr. of Economics, professor Alexei Nikolaevich Gerasimov the following projects were prepared and presented: "Development of cross-platform components of accelerated perception of information using EyesCatching authoring technology for mobile devices" and "Creation of innovative neuro-computer interface ORSO for learning foreign languages using WEB 3.0 technology."
