Employees of the Department of Financial Management and Banking continued a series of master classes with elements of the exam on financial literacy for students of the Stavropol Territory.
As part of the project "Assistance to improve the financial literacy of the population and the development of financial education in the Russian Federation" teachers of Accounting and Finance Department organized a master class for students of 11 grades gymnasium number 24 Stavropol named after Lieutenant-General of Justice M.G. Yadrova.
The organizers tried to find out how young people can make informed decisions and take effective action in areas related to the management of personal finances, to implement life goals and plans in the current and future periods. SSAU Teachers also sought to give the graduates of the gymnasium practical skills of accounting of all income and expenditure, the ability to dispose of monetary resources and plan for the future, to make a choice of financial instruments, create savings to be ready to undesirable situations.
Upon completion of the master class, each participant received from Agrarian University and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian souvenirs with symbols of "make friends with the finances."
