Plant Breeding and Genetics Centre "North-Caucasian Zone Experimental Station of Poultry," All-Russian Scientific Research and Technological Institute of Poultry and Stavropol State Agrarian University checked the course of joint research activities.

Strategic partner of Agrarian University - Genetics and Selection Centre "North-Caucasian Zone Experimental Station of Poultry" from July this year, operates under the auspices of the newly created federal centre of science "Russian Scientific Research and Technological Institute of Poultry," the Russian Academy of Sciences, which obliges FGBU SGC " SKZOSP "activities on breeding turkeys of domestic breeds and crosses combined with diverse research work.

With many years of cooperation Stavropol SAU was included in the development program VNITIP on 2016-2020 years. In this regard, it has already developed a technique of joint research with the participation of a student of the Faculty of Technology Management SSAU Cyril Baydikov.

Currently, North-Caucasian Zone Experimental Station of Poultry needs young professionals of different profiles that are prone to scientific research. In this regard, the regular courses turkey on 21-22 November in the St. George area village Abundant first-year students were invited Sergei Moshkin Maxim Salov (direction "Animal husbandry") and 4th year student Veronica Melentyeva (direction "Technology of agricultural production and processing" ).

These courses Genetics and Selection Centre conducts for managers and specialists of poultry farms (breeding plant, poultry farms and other poultry), individuals - in short, all those wishing to engage in turkey. The courses involve both theoretical and practical training on its own production base. Leading experts consult on a wide range of issues: from incubation, rearing, feeding and breeding turkeys to the meat processing technology.

At this time in the events attended by representatives of small farms for the poultry industry from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Tatarstan, Khabarovsk and Krasnodar Territory, Moscow and Voronezh region. As part of the course were the doctor of agricultural sciences, Professor of Private animal husbandry, breeding and breeding animals E.E. Epimahova, Senior Researcher R.R.
