Innovations of food industry

The results of the annual competition of research works conducted by the Stavropol State Agrarian University together with the association "Eurasian technology platform "Technology of food processing industry of agro-industrial complex - healthy food. "

The competition is designed to stimulate scientific research and creative activity of students, graduate students and young scientists. It focuses on the identification and subsequent implementation of strategic, breakthrough ideas and projects that are of great interest and significance of a particular application for the development of food industry in Russia.

Contest organizers believe that the period of study in high school, when youth aims to make the first steps in scientific work, it is important to strengthen these aspirations of young researchers applying their knowledge in practice, the provision of moral support. Thereby stimulating the growth of qualitative and quantitative research and creative activity of students and teachers, to maintain and develop the domestic intellectual potential.

Reference: association "Technology of food processing industry of agro-industrial complex" included in the list of 20.11.2012, the technology platforms, approved the decision of the government commission on high technology and Innovation, and is the only one in the field of agriculture and food industry. Since 05.10.2016 provides management and coordination of the Eurasian technology platform.

This year, the contest brought a total of 27 works, 15 of which were awarded the title of the winners.

The members of the expert committee noted:

- leader of the age group of "College students" Bolotova Natalia and Ilyushina Alina from Voronezh State University of Engineering Technology. On the 2nd place is Shepelenko Eleanora (T. Trubilin KubGAU) and Jaroslav Yashin (Oktyabrsky Rural High School, School for Young Innovators Youth Academy of Modern Agribusiness Ulyanovsk at the State Agricultural Academy), on the 3rd place is Svetlana Ismailova (Stavropol State Agrarian University) and Chernihovets Ekaterina (I. T. Trubilin Kuban State Agrarian University");

- in the age group of "Graduate" is the best Alina Litvinova (Voronezh State University of Engineering Technology). On the second place is Kaznacheeva Anastasia (I.I. Polzunov Altai State Technical University.) and Chernyshova Regina (St.-Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics); on the third place is Ruleva Tatiana (I. T. Trubilin Kuban State Agrarian University);

- in the age group of "Graduates" is the best Anna Reutova (Stavropol State Agrarian University). Lisovitskaya Catherine of them I. T. Trubilin Kuban State Agrarian University) and Akinina Alena and representatives of Tomsk National Research State University (Siberian Botanical Garden) took the second and the third place respectively;

- in the age group of "Teachers (academic staff) under the age of 35 years' distinguished Anistratova Oksana (West Branch of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation). Teachers Shorstky Ivan from the Kuban State University of Technology and Sadrtdinova Guzelia from the Ulyanovsk State Agricultural Academy is on the second and third place respectively.
