I congratulate you on the Day of the Constitution!
For all of us it is an important document, thanks to which we are proud to call ourselves the Russians. With it began a new stage in the development of our country, it is the basis of the legal space of Russia - the state, for which the main things are the safety, well-being, health, creation of conditions for its creative activity. These basic points are reflected in the Basic Law.
The Constitution of the Russian Federation is a true landmark in solving the major socio-economic and political problems. We must strictly follow its principles, seeking our honest work, good study, active citizenship contribute to the disclosure prospect. This will determine what will be our future life and personal achievements of each, is the key to move forward a small motherland - Stavropol - and the whole Russia!
