The sea was the main topic at the opening of the exhibition, with exhibits of that the students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine got acqainted.
The event, which took place on January 26 in Stavropol Regional House of Folk Art, in the concert hall masters of ship model welcomed all the guests and presented their work at the exhibition. From the stage the audience was told about the history of ship-modeling sport which has become the business of all the lives of the masters.
On this day, thanks to a little concert of the famous vocal and instrumental compositions and poems of topic of the sea, the students of the department joined the music art.
The head of the children's ship modeling association "Caravel", chairman of the regional branch of the "Federation of the UK ship-modeling sport" Alexander Kulikov told the young people about the importance and special role of ship-modelling in the life of the Region. He had a fascinating tour, devoting visitors into the secrets of a unique genre – ship-modelling that combines art, sport and military affairs.
The students were interested in exhibition of paintings of two artists who are keen on sea topic - Yuri Demchenko and Vyacheslav Stepanov.
