Students of the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism can impress their customers with carving skills. Alyona Kononova, a representative of catering business, hold carving workshop in «Restorator” classroom.
Students of Stavropol SAU knew about the main techniques for fruit and vegetable carving as well as a lot of secrets and tips of professionals. After a lecture, students could practice in carving by themselves.
All participants were impressed by the joint work and expressed their interest in further carving skill development. We will likely see beautiful works made by SSAU students soon.
