Singers from Stavropol SAU shown top results at «Window on Europe», the 12th International song contest at the youths.
The contest was held on February 10th-12th in Saint Petersburg. It has attracted over 600 participants from all over the country – from Irkutsk to Kaliningrad and from Belorussia’s capital Minsk.
Our University and Stavropol Region was represented by Svetlana Sevastyanova, Master student of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, Anna Gayvoronskaya, student of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, and “Provance” vocal show studio.
The contest included 8 nominations and was held in non-stop format. Our singers spent 36 hours in “Moskovskiy” center. They competed in “Pop Jazz” nomination.
As the result, Stavropol singers won almost all main prizes. The first place was taken by Svetlana Sevastyanova and Anna Gayvoronskaya, Tatiana Larina took the third place. “Provance” studio won in “Ensembles” nomination and got recognition of contest panel.
