Researchers from All-Russian Research Institute of goat and sheep breeding taught classes in veterinary microbiology and mycology

All-Russian Research Institute of goat and sheep breeding and its director Doctor in Biological Sciences, professor Marina Selionova are strategic partner of Stavropol SAU in educational training

The staff of the Institute often welcomes SSAU’s students to share knowledge. Thus, another class in veterinary microbiology and mycology for 2nd year students was held in the Institute’s laboratory of immunogenetics and DNA technologies on February 14^th.

Stavropol region is considered as favorable area for beef cattle breeding due to large natural grasslands and well developed grain production. However, stock breeding development is impossible without application of latest advances of livestock genetics.

The head of the laboratory, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Ludmila Chizhova told students about the ways of increasing stock breeding efficiency.
