An ounce of practice is worth a pound of theory

Stavropol liquor producer Strizhament hosted students of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance for a public lecture

Students’ professional formation is an integral part of educational program. And this requires application of practice-oriented technologies.

Each employer wishes his employees to be independent creative thinkers, who can make profit, offer and develop new ideas, find alternative solutions and deliver profitable projects. This kind of persons will be in demand both in agriculture and other industries. For this reason, SSAU’s staff strives to organize workshops at leading regional enterprises.

Thus, Aleksei Nesterenko and Tatiana Nechshadimova, associate professors of the department of Economic analysis and audit organized public lecture for 4^th year students at Strizhament factory. The lecture was focused at audit activity planning, organization and realization at commercial enterprises. The factory’s representative Antonina Obukhova told students about production process. Student saw all productive stages and could improve their theoretical knowledge in practice.
