The main goal of SSAU and Sberbank cooperation is training highly-qualified personnel for banking sector

Vladimir Trukhachev, Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, academician of Russian Academy of Sciences, and Roman Romanenko, manager of Stavropol Sberbank branch № 5230 singed a strategy for joint activities for 2017

The official meeting of Vladimir Trukhachev, Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, academician of Russian Academy of Sciences, and Roman Romanenko, manager of Stavropol Sberbank branch № 5230, that was held on February 16^th, 2017, was also attended by Natalia Penkina, head of HR department of the branch № 5230, Inna Savchenko, head of Corporate action Center of Sberbank of Corporate department; Aleksei Kibalko, direct sales director of Stavropol Sberbank branch № 5230.

Stavropol SAU was represented by Elena Kostyukova, Dean of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance; Olga Kusakina, Dean of the Faculty of Economics; Irina Shatobina, head of the Accounting department; Aleksandr Steklov, head of the department of Planning and Economics; Yulia Sklyarova, head of the Department of Finance management and Banking; Andrey Baydakov, head of the Department of Management; Irina Glotova, head of the Department of Finance, Credit and Insurance.

Sberbank representatives presented a new project «Sberbank payroll debit cards of National Payment System - Mir». They told that national payment system was developed on July 23, 2014 by the Federal Law № 161 “On national payment system”, “Strategy of National payment system development” and “Concept of national payment card system development”. The goal of Mir system is to provide security of national accounts with no regard to political situation.

The article 30.5 of the Federal law № 161 states: «Credit organisations has to provide clients with national payment tools». Sberbank representatives noted that the agreement on national payment system is singed by 185 banks, but only 51 of them are emitents.

The parties discussed the schedule of joint innovative scientific and social events in 2017. Its main point will be training highly-qualified personnel for banking sector due to high results of cooperation in recent past. According to Sberbank, they plan to form staff for a new branch that will include 700 employees in 2017. That is a real chance for SSAU graduate employment.
