Professional skill Cup standards «WorldSkills Russia» started in the first day of spring in SSAU

From 1-st to 3-d March there will be Open Regional Championship «Young professionals» (WorldSkillsRussia) of competence 45_ Prototyping in Agrarian University.

The venue for championship of young professionals of "Prototyping" competence is selected Center for Youth Innovation Creativity (CYIC) "Vector" of Stavropol State Agrarian University. Center for Youth Innovation Creative acts on the base of University from 2014. It was first in Stavropol Territory, and since then not once declared itself by great achievements. However, the main thing that CYIC having high-tech equipment and aimed to promote the development of creative engineering intellection of students and youth of Stavropol, attracted a great number of people to implement their dreams.

Opening the regional championship of working professions «WorldSkills Russia», the rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, member of Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev, who heads the Council of Rectors of Stavropol Territory, warmly greeted and introduced all the participants. They are five: two guys came from Nevinnomyssk and three from Stavropol.

Lyubov Kuleshova goes to Nevinnomyssk Industrial College. Fesechko Alexander presents Nevinnomyssk CYIC "Bionics". Elena Leshchenko - 4^th-year student of Institute of Construction, Transport and Engineering of North Caucasus Federal University. She is concentrated and calm, confidence in good results gives three-year experience in prototyping that she got at the university department "Technology of mechanical engineering and technological equipment." Antonina Blazhko from Stavropol school number 24 will try prentice hand. Although she is the youngest participant, everything in CYIC "Vector” is familiar with, as she is interested in engineering devotion right here, in native walls of SSAU. Maxim Korolevsky is not worried at all. He is 3^rd-year student of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization of Stavropol State Agrarian University, studying "Operation of transport and technological machines and systems" and more than year, he is a volunteer CYIC "Vector" in University - organizes excursions and helps to give classes for Stavropol schoolchildren.

Meeting with young people, the rector of SSAU Trukhachev V.I. wished all participants every success and determined them to win during three-day competition tests. Vladimir Ivanovich reminded that "Prototyping" competence is international part of the block "The profession of the future."

It was nice to know that all the participants of the championship are highly motivated. They are attracted first by multi-tasking and opportunity to achieve good results in professional competitions.

Participants will have to produce a functional prototype of the gear pump during three of ten days of competition.

To manufacture a prototype of this extremely complex item, the participants will work 8 hours a day. They need to complete such tasks as 3-D model development according to the drawing; STL model; making item drawing as amended

The main task of the competition program will be production of engineered prototype using the latest technologies: 3D printing, NC manufacturing, prototype evaluation by 3-D scanners, and many others. After prototyping, participants will start post-processing of items and bringing it to commercial type.

All actions and skills of participants will estimated by Expert Council, consists of established professionals of "Prototyping" competence. Among them: Mikhail Vladimirovich Danilov (FSBEI of HE Stavropol State Agrarian University); George Vyacheslavovich Amalov (CYIC "Futurion" of Budennovsk); Elena Nikolaevna Kolganova (FSAEI HE "North-Caucasian Federal University"); Tatiana Yuryevna Davydova (SBPEI Nevinnomyssk Industrial College); Egor Vladimirovich Kulaev (CYIC "Vector" STC "Sayberkad" Stavropol); Dmitry Yuryevich Amirov (CYIC "Bionics", Nevinnomyssk); Pavel Alexeevich Popov (CYIC “Vector", Stavropol).

The head of this team of "prof" is chief expert of Championship Denis Sergeevich Kalugin. He is the assistant of the Department of Mechanics and Computer Graphics, Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization of Stavropol State Agrarian University. D.S. Kalugin is unique certified expert of WSR in our region (certificate number 434). "It is a very important event for us, - he said during Championship opening. - We train good specialists who can use head and hands! For example, the student of SSAU Fedor Zavyalik, presented at the opening of championship, has been the best in the "Prototyping" competence in Russia and will participate in 44th World Championship «WorldSkills Abu Dhabi - 2017" in October 2017.

"You are still standing at the first stage of the hierarchy of "WorldSkills" - DS Kalugin addressed to the participants of regional competitions, - you're fine fellows, because you know and can a lot!” He motivated the participants move beyond, because our country needs such smart, active young people.

At least, the official part is completed. Chief Expert declared about readiness of participants to the championship. All took their seats and set on good start and excellent finish. The clock is ticking! Three days of professional wrestling lie ahead. The winner of regional championships will participate in the qualifying championship, and then having successful result will represent Stavropol Region in the final – All-Russian competitions WorldSkills Russia 2017 in Krasnodar.
