About requirements for hotelier profession, and how to actualize yourself, the graduate of Socio-Cultural Service and Tourism of SSAU told today's students
Within the framework of "Organization of hotel business" for 3rd- year students of "Service" training course was held a practice-oriented activity "Technology organization of the reception and accommodation service ". Ivanis Maria, the graduate of the Faculty of Social-Cultural Service and Tourism of SSAU, which currently works as an administrator of the hotel "Park Hotel Stavropol" gave a lesson for today’s students of SSAU.
Maria told the students about the principles and complexities of the administrator’s work, the requirements for applying for this post, and cited interesting examples of professional practice of hotelier. Part of the lesson she taught the master- class, where students and Maria played up cases. Students set Maria multiple-valued tasks, but Maria as a real professional resold the problems with great ease and facility. As a result, all participants stocked mind with knowledge in the area of reception and accommodation service and spent time with pleasure.
