The term "smart" implies a willingness to continuously change and adapt to the world around, responding to the demands of the economy and society. Smart technologies in the right hands can be an instrument for achieving a successful future in the face of changing market conditions. According to the idea of the organizers of the scientific and methodological conference "Smart technologies in education: the portrait of the graduate 2020", which took place on March 22-24 in Moscow, the search for innovative, non-standard, intelligent, innovative, optimal, effective approaches to the design of educational programs and updating their content, interacting with employers, as well as teaching and assessing knowledge.

Opening the forum, the rector of the Financial University, Mikhail Eskindarov, emphasized the coming radical changes in the Russian banking sector, where the number of bank branches is drastically reduced and the transition to remote customer service is taking place. The management of Sberbank predicts that the market will require specialists with other knowledge and skills - different from those that universities have given before. This can be achieved through inter-cadre and intercollegiate interaction, within which students will receive a wider range of education that goes beyond one direction, to master not only their main specialty, but also adjacent ones.

With an open two-hour lecture "Beyond the notion of" pay for performance indicators "at the conference was the Nobel Prize winner in economics in 2016, Bengt Robert Holmström. Professor of Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology shared his experience of horizontal interuniversity and inter-industry integration in the US, where universities do not expect a directive from above, and professors themselves form educational programs. At the same time, the level of academic mobility is very high, and the system itself is powerful.

Participating in the conference, Alexander Shokhin, chairman of the National Council under the President of the Russian Federation for professional qualifications, president of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, in his report recalled the assignment of President Vladimir Putin - to increase the economic growth rate at the turn of 2019-2020 to a level not lower than world figures. Without serious reforms in the field of personnel training, increase of labor productivity and business activity, according to the head of the RUIE, it is impossible to solve such an ambitious task. The National Qualification System can become an important bridge between the sphere of professional education and the labor market, which will play a positive role for the future of the Russian economy.

In order to popularize the current financial professions, the chairman of the SPKFR, the executive vice-president of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Alexander Murychev, reported on the launch of the All-Russian competition of professional skills of financial market specialists FinSkills Russia (FSR).

Director General of the National Agency for the Development of Qualifications Alexander Leibovich called for more attention to improve and update the system of qualifications. "How many professional standards should there be, how many qualifications, what should they be, why exactly? This is a medium-term task, which must be solved, "A. Leibovich believes.

The young specialist of the future must understand, for the sake of what he works, how he will correlate his activities with the interests of others, possessing fundamental knowledge and practical skills, he can orient himself on the labor market-choose a workplace corresponding to his competencies and professional level, predict the trajectory of his own career development.
