Innovative and investment activity of the organization in the realities of modern times

Leadership and leading specialists of CJSC "Stavropolstroyoptorg" shared with the students of the Agrarian University the experience of running a successful business, the results of financial and economic activities and the formula of personal success.

Associate professors of the Department of Economic Theory and Economics of the APK Rybasova Yulia Viktorovna and Cherednichenko Olga Alexandrovna organized an off-site practice-oriented lesson on the basis of CJSC STC "Stavropolstroyoptorg" (Verkhnerusskoe) for students of the 2nd year of the "Economics" ("Economics of Enterprises and Organizations" .

As part of the study of the topic "Innovative and investment activity of the organization" in the discipline "Economics of Organizations", future economists got acquainted with the activity of one of the largest multisectoral wholesale and retail companies of the South of Russia - CJSC STC "Stavropolstroyoptorg".

It is no secret that for today one of the most important tasks of the enterprise is to ensure sustainable long-term economic growth, which is possible due to a constant increase in production efficiency, achievement and consolidation of competitive advantages, expansion of foreign economic relations and innovations. It is these actual goals of the company's activities and the ways to achieve them that were announced and disclosed in detail during the meeting by the company's CEO, Viktor Mikhailovich Kalashnikov and heads of structural units.

In turn, the students initiated discussion of questions about the organizational structure of the enterprise, were interested in the results of its financial and economic activities in general and innovation and investment in particular.

In this regard, the head of the financial department, Vera Sergeevna Kherson, acquainted the students with the organizational and production structure of the company and told about its subsidiaries, among them: OJSC RTO "Kirovske" (Novopavlovsk), OJSC Agro-industrial supply "Ipatovskoe" (Ipatovo) "Vostochny" (Blagodarny), Novomarievsky (Novomarievskoye), etc. Vera Sergeevna also revealed to the children the specifics of their activities, the features of the financial and planning-economic departments of commercial production odstvennoy company.

Deputy General Director Yuri Alexandrovich Afonin informed students about interesting information on a wide range of products sold by the enterprise (more than 85 thousand items in five directions): auto products and spare parts; Agricultural machinery and spare parts; tools and equipment; All for construction and repair; electrical and lighting. Yuri Alexandrovich explained that for today the company is the official dealer and distributor of many well-known brands and is aimed at the further formation of commodity distribution networks in our region.

In the opinion of Yu. A. Afonin, social innovation plays a special role in maintaining the efficiency of the enterprise's operations. To do this, the company's management allocates significant funds for maintaining the principles of a healthy lifestyle and the efficiency of its employees: there is a canteen, a hairdresser, a gym, a medical prevention center, and a laundry for the washing and repairing of overalls. An important role in providing social services to employees is played by corporate transport. A special place in the social policy of the company is occupied by the system of labor protection.

At the end of the practice-oriented lesson, Viktor Mikhailovich Kalashnikov shared the personal formula of success with his future economists and his own experience of doing business, answered the questions of interest to them. Summarizing the examples of effective investments, the General Director announced the prospects for the development of CJSC STC Stavropolstroyoptorg, advised young specialists not to dwell on their achievements, actively work, set ambitious goals and successfully reach them.

Such meetings with management and leading specialists of successful enterprises allow improving the educational process and creating conditions for effective development and formation of professional skills.
