The banking sector is waiting for economists, managers and specialists in the field of information technology

At the Faculty of Economics, a presentation of new subdivisions of PJSC Sberbank - "Center for Corporate Solutions" and "Regional Contact Center" was held.

On March 31 as a follow-up to of the official meeting of the rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vladimir Ivanovich Truhachev and a manager of the Stavropol Branch No. 5230 of the PJSC Sberbank, Roman Vladimirovich Romanenko, held on February 16, 2016, specialists of the Personnel Selection and Career Development Department Olga Aleksandrovna Glushchenko and Daria Mikhailovna Babenko presented the project of forming the staff of new departments - "Center for Corporate Solutions" and "Regional Contact Center." The participants of the event were students of 3-4 courses of the Economics Faculty, profiles "Economics", "Management", "Business Informatics" and "Information Systems and Technologies".

Specialists of PJSC Sberbank expressed sincere interest in effective joint work with personnel who mastered the educational programs "Economics", "Management", "Business Informatics" and "Information Systems and Technologies". The reason is the need for new divisions to support clients with different levels of competence regarding interaction with Sberbank on any issues arising in the process of using banking products. As the main topics of the conversation, apart from compulsory profound economic knowledge, the excellent knowledge of PCs, MS Office, sociability, emotional stability, knowledge of English language, listening skills, analyzing and synthesizing, documenting activities, speaking to the audience, solving conflicts, preparing presentation materials with the use of modern technologies, to know the etiquette of phone communication, responsiveness, and also knowledge of sales technology.

These skills were clearly demonstrated by the students of Stavropol State University during the meeting, made it meaningful and constructive, pleasantly surprised the guests and allowed them to express confidence that the first positions of students in the "Center for Corporate Solutions" and the "Regional Contact Center" would be just a starting position in their future career growth.
