TECHNOLOGIES OF BAKERY PRODUCTION HAVE BEEN MASTERED

The next courses on the program of additional professional education, organized by the Department of Technology of Production and Processing of Agricultural Products, were completed.

The program successfully mastered by the students of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of the training course "Technology of production and processing of agricultural products" of the faculty of Technological Management, included theoretical and practical parts.

Thus, the associate professor I.A. Trubina acquainted the students with the basics of technological calculations and the principles of management of technological processes, and the Head of the department, Professor O.V. Sycheva informed the children about modern scientific approaches in the field of improving the quality of bread and ways to increase its nutritional value.

The Head of the program, Associate Professor E.A. Skorbina, taught the students courses practical methods of testing, shaping, cutting semi-finished products. As a result, students have mastered various ways of kneading dough and baking finished products. On Easter days special attention was paid to the dough for baking cakes.

In addition to the acquired skills upon completion of the training all students of the program received the certificates necessary for further employment.
