Diplomas of the VII International professional competition of teachers of universities "Pedagogical Discovery: University - 2017" were awarded to associate professor and professor of the department "Finance, credit and insurance business" of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.
As a result of this International Professional Competition, the educational edition of "Corporate Finance", prepared by the teachers of the accounting and financial department, was awarded a diploma as the best in the nomination "Practical Project".
The staff of the authors of the course book is the teachers of the department "Finance, Credit and Insurance": candidates of economic sciences, associate professors Tomilina E.P., Glotova I.I., Klishina Yu. E., Uglitskikh O.N. and Doctor of Economics, Professor Agarkova L.V., Doronin B.A.
The course book examines the institutional foundations of corporate finance management in terms of modern methodological approaches, presents a wide range of financial decisions of corporations.
Particular attention is paid to financial strategies, optimization of pricing and tax management of companies, risk assessment and profitability, investment policy of financing and financial planning, taking into account the specifics of corporate governance.
It should be noted that the VII International Competition "Pedagogical Discovery: University - 2017" was conducted in distance form in terms of career progress, directions, nominations and forms of project delivery.
