Two winners, four prizewinners!

Beginning researchers of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at SSAU distinguished themselves at the II stage of the All-Russian competition for the best scientific work among students, graduate students and young scientists of the universities of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

The next stage of the annual scientific student competitions was held on April 18 on the basis of the Dagestan State Agrarian University. The Rector of the university, Professor Zaidin Magomedovich Djambulatov addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He noted: "All the universities of the North Caucasus unite friendship and traditions built on the principles of mutual respect, brotherhood, unity. We are all residents of the same region - the North Caucasus, not only have common borders, but also a common future. By uniting our efforts, strengthening our ties and developing cooperation, we contribute to the development not only of agrarian science, but of the entire production in general. "

The competition commission for two categories: "Veterinary" - for students and "Veterinary Sciences" - for graduate students and young scientists, from the Stavropol State Agrarian University was represented by the Head of the Department of Therapy and Pharmacology, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor Vladimir Orobets. Head of the Department of Physiology, Surgery and Obstetrics, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Andrei Nikolaevich Kvochko worked in the competitive commission, evaluating the work of students in the nomination "Zootechnics" and graduate students and young scientists in the nomination "Biological Sciences".

As a result, 6 representatives of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Stavropol State University became laureates of the II stage of the All-Russian competition for the best scientific work among students, graduate students and young scientists.

So, in the nomination "Veterinary Medicine" II place was won by the 4th year student Elena Fonareva (supervisor - associate professor of the Department of Therapy and Pharmacology N.V. Fedot). Second-year student Sabir Mamadiyarov - in third place (supervisor - senior lecturer of the Department of Therapy and Pharmacology V.N. Shakhov).

In the nomination "Veterinary Sciences" the best graduate student of the second year of training Tatyana Denisenko, under the guidance of the senior lecturer of the Department of Therapy and Pharmacology I.V. Kireeva won the I place! Graduate student of the 3rd year of education Roman Kolesnikov (supervisor - associate professor of the epizootology and microbiology department V. Yu. Morozov) - the III place.

In prize-winners of the nomination "Biological Sciences" graduate of the 1st year of training Ivan Tsymbal, who took the second place under the guidance of the senior lecturer of the Department of Physiology, Surgery and Obstetrics V.S. Skripkin.

The winner of the nomination "Zootechnics" was Elena Kastarnova, who won the first place under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Therapy and Pharmacology, Professor V.A. Orobets.

The authors of the best scientific works were awarded with diplomas, all participants were given certificates, and the scientific leaders - letters of thanks of the rectorate of the Dagestan State Automobile Inspection. The guests thanked the members of the organizing committee for the warm welcome, the competitive commission for productive and objective work.
