The lively interest of students and teachers of the Agrarian University was caused by an open lecture "Innovative Methods of Analytical Provision of Management Decisions in Agribusiness", which was read on April 18 by Technical Director of LLC "AIST-AGRO" V. Yu. Dmitrienko.
The event with one of the residents of the innovation fund Skolkovo was organized by the Department of Economic Analysis and Audit.
Technical director of AIST-AGRO, Vyacheslav Dmitrienko, shared his experience in using a complete system for managing the production of agricultural crops, which functions thanks to a whole complex of modern information, navigation and telecommunication technologies, software and hardware and systems. They provide the optimization of agrotechnological solutions in relation to specific soil-climatic and economic conditions.
In the course of the lecture, there was also talk about a multifactorial multivariate justification system for decision-making under conditions of uncertainty and risks, allowing to monitor and to evaluate the quality of the performance of technological processes and operations. V.Yu. Dmitrienko noted that the key elements of the system have been successfully implemented in OOO “Agroalliance”, ZAO “State farm named after Kirov” innovative methods of analytical support for management decisions: reducing and optimizing production costs, optimizing the number of employees, reducing the deadlines for performing work, increasing the profit of organizations.
Since this lecture aroused keen interest among students and teachers of the faculty, new meetings with representatives of the company are planned.
