Alyona Khomutova, a 3d year student of Economics Faculty, Department of Management, became a federal trainer of the Association of Trainers of the RYU.
At the end of April, the V All-Russian School of Trainers of the Association of Trainers of the Russian Youth Union was held in Tver, where the Stavropol Krai was represented by 10 participants. Having successfully passed the selection to the full-time stage of the contest, the Agrarian University team consisting of three female students: Victoria Svetlichnaya, Elena Khomutova and Veronika Belousova, presented itself at the contest and in the School's participation.
The competitive stage consisted of three mandatory components: testing (the main topics: coaching and student self-government); Face-to-face protection (presentation of a 20-minute master class on a pre-selected and prepared topic before the mentors and participants of the School); Interview (personal conversation with one of the experts of the country's youth policy on the topics of coaching, the future and the creation of a psychological portrait).
As a result of the competition and the whole School, Alena Khomutova received accreditation and the title of the federal trainee, for which the federal and regional grounds were officially opened as a student youth coach.
