On May 19, at the initiative of the Department of Entrepreneurship and the World Economy, a meeting of 2-3 year students of the Economics Faculty of SSAU with the general director of OOO Agroholding "Energomera" S.V. Chebanenko and Human Resources Director O.I. Chesnokova was held.
Sergey Vladimirovich Chebanenko told the participants of the event the history of development and the results of the activities of the enterprises belonging to the agroholding, which belong to the largest and most effective agricultural organizations of the Stavropol Territory. During a two-hour conversation, he described in detail the processes of planning, rationing, remuneration, the use of IT technologies, modern tools of the quality management system, which are actually used in the daily activities of Agroholding Energomera.
This information aroused great interest among future economists. Students asked the company's management about wages, employment of seasonal workers, the functioning of the transport and logistics system, the terms of crop insurance, as well as the contents of the package of documents required for employment, and the prospects for career growth.
At the end of the meeting, Sergei Vladimirovich Chebanenko and Oksana Ivanovna Chesnokova invited students to practice at OOO Agroholding “Energomera”, reported on the conditions of practical training and opportunities for further employment.
