55 students of SSAU received their first certificates after the completion of the program developed by the Department of State and Municipal Management and the Law of the Economics Department of Stavropol State Agrarian University.
The course "Actual problems of constitutional law" was taught by Viktor Cherepanov, academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Doctor of Law, professor, honored Lawyer of Russia.
The students understood the actual problems of the formation of state power and the formation of federalism in our country, learnt about the organization of scientific research on the example of an empirical study of the development of the Caucasian Mineral Waters. According to professor V.A. Cherepanov the aim was to form a kind of "stereoscopic legal glasses" to help students gain legal vision. Everyone should have a systemic legal picture of our state.
