As part of the celebration of the Day of Russian Entrepreneurship, the traditional International Scientific and Practical Conference "Development of Entrepreneurship: Growth Horizons" organized by the Department of Entrepreneurship and the World Economy was held at the Faculty of Economics on May 26.
The live interest of the audience was caused by the speech of the co-chairman of the Stavropol regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Delovaya Rossiya" Sergey Leonidovich Stepanov who spoke about the possibilities of starting business and options for using state support funds.
Anton Alexandrovich Gromov, the leading specialist of the Department for Investment Policy and Economic Modernization of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Stavropol Territory told about new information system "Region-ID", designed to implement targeted models for simplifying business procedures and increasing investment attractiveness in the Stavropol Territory.
Svetlana S. Vaytsehovskaya, associate professor of the Department of Entrepreneurship and World Economy, reported on the prospects of using the portal of the Internet resource "Business Navigator" to representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as students in the learning process. The speech of the Assistant of the Department of Entrepreneurship and World Economy of Marina Betalovna Cheremnykh was aimed at the task of developing franchising in the current economic situation in Russia.
The conference was also attended by György Puszta, an exchange student from Karoly Esterházy University (Eger, Hungary), whose research was related to the analysis of the business climate in Hungary.
