Cooperation at the international level

Representatives of the Association of milk processors of the Republic of Azerbaijan met the faculties of technological management and veterinary medicine of Stavropol State Agrarian University.

First, scientists from Stavropol State Agrarian University visited the milk processing enterprises of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Alar Akhmedov and Rosa Farzalieva acted as coordinators of an international conference on milk production and processing in the neighboring countries. During the meeting, the colleagues saw the facilities of the university for training highly qualified specialists in the agro-industrial complex of the South of Russia.

Tatiana Vladimirovna Voblikova, associate Professor of the Department of Technology of Production and Processing of Agricultural Products, spoke about the programs at the Faculty of Technological Management in the field of processing agricultural products.

Elena E.Ehimahova, professor of the Chair of private zootechny and animal breeding, showed the colleagues the methods of organization and carrying out scientific research in the field of zootechnics and also told about the possibility of obtaining postgraduate professional education.

M. V. Obnavlenskaya, the library director, told about modern approach for using the funds of the Scientific Library of the University and access to the electronic library system of Stavropol State Agrarian University. Marina Vasilievna told her colleagues about the extensive collection of domestic and foreign publications in hard and soft copies and the possibilities of using the reference databases and other types of information resources.

As a result of the meeting the participants agreed on the areas of cooperation and outlined prospects for the implementation of international projects.
