And this time the strategic partner of the university is Pyatigorsk enterprise "Kholod", where a lot of graduates work at the Stavropol State Agrarian University, pampered the youth with another masterpiece.

The ice cream cake was made to glory - four-tiered, from a pure filling, decorated with fruit fantasy in the ice, with ears and monograms, and even with the university coat of arms! For which special thanks to the participants of the holiday expressed to the Director General of the enterprise Victor Vasilievich Solomko, the Decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin awarded this year with a high state award - the Order of Friendship. For more than 30 years, he headed one of the largest in the region, a modern, versatile enterprise that is one of the top ten ice cream producers in Russia. An active public figure, an effective leader and patron of art, Honorary Professor of the Stavropol State University V. Solomko is considered a real friend by agrarian students. It is thanks to his assistance that the agricultural students spend every summer on the Black Sea coast. This year there will be at least 500 lucky beggars!

She gave a huge hello to the students from the leadership and a thousand employees who are working on the production of fine delicacies and shared the joyful news about the launch of a large facility - a huge refrigerator that will store and sell 500 tons of ice cream for the entire South of Russia!

It turns out that not only students come to practice at OAO "Kholod" to master the skills of real production, but also the specialists of the enterprise have much to learn from agrarians: at trainings, seminars, conferences, in unique laboratories of faculties.

- If we need to do some analysis of raw materials: milk, butter or chemical composition of flour, or some complicated spectral analysis, we know where to go. We learn from Agrarian, we study at all its faculties! - Natalia Ivanovna says with satisfaction. "We always get support: whether it's electricity issues or complicated economic calculations, or a joint project to introduce a European production quality system, we visit together the world's leading milk and meat production.
