Head of the personnel department of the “Sochinsky” Meat Processing Plant N.E. Rogova visited the Department of Technology of Production and Processing of Agricultural Products of SSAU.
For many years the Sochi Meat Processing Plant is a strategic partner of the Faculty of Technological Management of the Stavropol State University.
"A lot of students have been practicing at this advanced Russian meat processing enterprise and, under the guidance of literate production workers, have acquired the most important skills," says Olga Sycheva, head of the department of technology of production and processing of agricultural products.
The future technologists with gratitude respond both about the enterprise as a whole, and about its experts, especially allocating the chief of personnel service to Natalia Rogovuju. She personally attentively talks with all the guys who come to practice, arranges their way of life, directs them to workplaces - in general, cares about everyone.
- Therefore, when I arrived in Stavropol, the head of the personnel department of the Meat Processing Plant "Sochinsky" N.E. Rogova purposefully acquainted with the conditions of study of our students - potential trainees of the enterprise, - said the doctor of agricultural sciences, Professor O.V. Sycheva. - We want to have practice in Sochi always. The Meat Processing Plant “Sochinsky”, in turn, is looking for promising, energetic students of the State Agrarian University.
