Practice and methods of personnel training by occupation "Technician of composite materials"

A new program of upgrade qualifications for lecturers and masters of industrial training, in view of the standard of Worldskills Russia, due to "Composite Technologies" competence started on June 14 at the Institute of Additional Professional Education of StSAU.

Students of this program will be able to improve their professional level by the most perspective and requested occupations and qualifications in the system of secondary vocational education. The studies are under of the basis of the best domestic and international practices, methods of training workers. Thanks to the improvement of the existing competencies in the course of the program, the Stavropol lecturers and masters of industrial training will have the opportunity to update and implement the modules of the professional educational program by the occupation "Composite Technician" using the Worldskills Russia standard, in the competence of "Composite Technologies".

Listeners of 1st group started their studies. It includes representatives of the Regional State Autonomous Professional Educational Institution "Governor's Aircraft Construction College in Komsomolsk-on-Amur (Interregional Competence Center)", Stavropol Regional Multidisciplinary College, Stavropol State Agrarian University, the Center for Youth Innovation Creativity Fablab "Vector".

Upon completion of the training, the participants of the program will have to hold the Competence Championship "Composites Technologies", where they will act both as participants (in the role of students) and as organizers (in the role of experts) of the event. They will also be able to present their own authorial design work, and then they will publicly (in remote form) protect the reorganization project at their educational institution for the profession "Composite Materials Technician", taking into account the WSI competence standard.
