The days of the 49th regional meeting of the UPB that flew into the history of the labor movement of Stavropol passed unnoticed. Competitive contests were held for 260 participants of student production brigades, the judging of which was carried out by the scientists of the Stavropol State University. And the Rector of the Agrarian University, twice Doctor of Science and twice Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev hastened to fly out of the capital specially to the award ceremony to personally get acquainted with each of his future students and congratulate young people on his achievements.

For this, she participated in the nomination "Fruit and Vegetable" and went to the "bronze" prize-winners.
But it's all girls, but what about guys? Alexey Shevtsov, a graduate of school No. 4 of the village of Borgustan Predgorny district, competed in the contest "Ecologist". Presenting the author's project on parks, he convinced the judges of the relevance of their work and also showed a prize.
Before the competition, the excitement of the guys, of course, went off scale, but they tried very hard to get ready for work and show everything they can. Yevgeny Poltavsky, winner of the contest "Rastenieevod", a graduate of the school № 9 named after NK Kalashnikov p. Vysotsky Petrovsky district, it was successful. From the age of 12 he confidently helps his parents in the household - to be managed in the garden and with domestic animals. The guy wants to be like his beloved grandfather - Vladimir Alexandrovich, a born agrarian, an agronomist with a great work experience, with whom, from childhood, the grandson traveled around the fields and cults. "I'm just following in his footsteps," Zhenya explains his professional choice. "My grandfather is a very strong specialist, well versed in agricultural machinery, in this he is an example for me." The young man will enter the faculty of agrobiology and land resources of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, especially since this higher school graduated from his aunt, Sapronova Irina Nikolayevna. So the agrarian dynasty of the Petrovka family will only get stronger! By the way, when asked why he is attracted to the University as a future student, Yevgeny said he was delighted with the material and technical base of the university and so many graduates of the Agrarian University who work in many leading positions in the economy and state structures.
Another winner (in the competition "Fruit and Vegetable Garden") Daniella Sidorenko was just glowing with happiness when she received an invitation to an agricultural university from the hands of the rector. From the whole family, on the contrary, it will be the first who will connect his life with agriculture. During the contest, the schoolgirl managed to determine both the leaves of plants, and seeds, and much more. A graduate of the Grachev school No. 1 proved that she could prepare the soil for sowing, properly care for plants, protect against pests, and eventually outflanked peer competitors. According to Daniela, the refereeing was honest: "And if we talk about the university, I am amazed by its scale. And anyway, anyone you ask, everyone recommends going to study at StGAU, because everybody likes it. I firmly decided to go there! "
And there will be a new takeoff!
Our land was at the source of the birth of the student brigades and was the first in Russia. Of course, this imposes a special responsibility on those who continue the torch of the labor youth movement.
The main judge - the dean of the faculties of agrobiology and land resources and ecology and land resources of the State Agrarian University Alexander Nikolayevich Esaulko - told that the contestants during the professional tests needed not only to "shine" with the knowledge of the theory, but also prove their skills in practice.
- Young Plowman, for example, it was important to show the level of knowledge of the technical component of tractors, to participate in plowing on certain plots, - explained the professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, A. N. Esaulko. - But the landscape designers had to demonstrate to the judges author's mini-flower beds in specially designated areas.
With the completion of 10 professional skills competitions, which were impartially judged by the teachers of the agrohouse, Yevgeny Kozyura, the Minister of Education and Youth Policy of the Stavropol Territory, congratulated the children.
The rector of the Stavropol Pedagogical Institute, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor, Lyudmila Leonidovna Redko considered the honor of seeing at the meeting of the UPB children who, at such an early age, are on the right track and have already understood the most important truth:
- We are not expected anywhere, we will not be welcome anywhere except those people who gave birth to us, brought us up and put them into practice. We have only one native land. For us, this is the Stavropol region!
Honored teacher of Russia, a deputy of the Duma of the Stavropol Territory wished the children to work in the future in such a way that they had no equal, and yet be able to rejoice - without alcohol, to experience - without cigarettes, to fly away in dreams - without drugs.
The Minister of Education and Youth Policy of the Stavropol Territory and the Rector of the SSPI warmly congratulated all the winners and prize-winners who fought for the title of the best foreman, livestock breeder, plant breeder, landscape designer, ecologist, mechanic, veterinarian, inventor and rationalizer, forestry expert, fruit grower, They have memorable cups, diplomas and victorious ribbons.
General team victories were also noted: the 3rd place at the rally was won by the brigade of the PIU of Petrovsky district, the second was the team of grateful people, the leaders were the friendly guys from Shpakovo district. They will soon represent our region at the All-Russian gathering of student production teams in the city of Orel.
And the best school brigades were given long-awaited agricultural equipment - three brand new tractors from the regional Ministry of Agriculture. A pleasant mission was carried out by Deputy Minister Oleg Alexandrovich Yurchenko, congratulating the students and the management of schools - No. 15 p. Kazinka of the Shpakovsky district, No. 7 p. Kalinovskogo Alexandrovsky district and No. 11 st-tsy Galyugaevskaya Kursk district.
The working youth could be sure that bonuses for admission to the university for leaders of the UPB region are not a joke, but a firm promise of the rector of the Agrarian University, to whom he follows the 19th meeting! Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev recalled that thanks to the competitions of professional professorship more than 400 students of the Stavropol State University have received education in the best agrarian higher educational institution of Russia. A pleasant reward from the rector of StGAU, the Hero of Labor of Stavropol VI Trukhachev and this time became a powerful stimulus for childish victories. The rector personally presented 27 winners and prize-winners with an invitation to enter Agrarian University, which gives additional points to the results of the Unified State Examination: for the first place - 5 points, for the 2nd place - 4, for the 3rd - 3 points. Three more active and very motivated children the leadership of the university decided to encourage in addition.

Truhachev. - Here Olya Leshchenko is a gold medalist, a graduate of the school No. 4 of the Borgustan Piedmont District, dreams of engaging in landscape architecture. She is from the dynasty of graduates of StGAU: grandmother, elder brother and even cousins - all graduated from our Agrarian University! Another medalist Tanya Lushnikova, a graduate of the school № 7 with. Velichaevskoye Levokumskogo district, with 1 class dreams of being a veterinarian, three times won at district competitions. And Dasha Lyutyaeva, having graduated from the Mikhailovskoy school No. 30, wants to devote herself to ecology. For more than five years, she has been studying the environmental problems of the SNIISH arboretum.
The Rector of StGAU promised all those who were invited on preferential terms to the Agrovoz, who had been hardened by hard work, to live in the ultramodern European level of the campus: "They are already students!"
