Agricultural Science for Stavropol agricultural producers

Stavropol State Agrarian University prepared the monograph "Management of competitiveness of agricultural producers in Stavropol region".

The research is carried out by scientists of the two departments of the Accounting and Finance Faculty – Finance, Credit and Business Insurance Department and Financial Management and Banking Department. The monograph was published in the University publishing house "AGRUS", group of authors was headed by Academician of RAS, doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Doctor of Economics V. I. Trukhachev.

The paper examines theoretical and methodological problems of competitiveness management in the regional agribusiness. Analysis of external and internal economic factors of competitiveness. In the course of research scientists-agrarians, reviewed the state of production of various types of agricultural products, determined the market capacity and the balance of agricultural products. They also conducted a retrospective analysis of prices for products of agricultural producers in the Stavropol region. The logical conclusion of the study was to study areas and practical recommendations to ensure the competitiveness of agricultural producers.

The monograph is recommended for use in scientific and educational activities of teachers, postgraduate students, researchers. The book will be useful in the practical work of the specialists of agricultural enterprises for formation of effective system of management of competitiveness of agricultural producers.
