Welcome speech by Vice Rector for academic and educational work I.V. Atanov:
– I congratulate you on significant event in life – the diploma of the third degree of higher education in the field of scientific activity "the Researcher. Teacher-Researcher"!
Modern Russia is implementing the global socio-economic transformation, needs high quality human resources. The economy of the future, namely the knowledge economy, the social sphere, including education, management, designed for modern professionals with a solid professional competence, a broad philosophical and cultural horizons and innovative thinking. The formation of such professionals is intended to facilitate the third stage of higher education – postgraduate.
Undergraduate and graduate programs became the third stage of the unified system of continuous higher education. Its graduates receive the diploma and qualification "Researcher. Teacher-Researcher", which allows young scientists to be in demand not only in teaching but also in research activities.
Diplomas were presented by Vice-Rector for scientific and innovative work V. Yu. Morozov. In his continuation speech he said:
– You have received diplomas of the most sought after in the direction of the agricultural, technical and biological Sciences.
After all, to enter the intellectual elite of society and contribute to its sustainable innovative development, not just to higher education – must have high level research training to understand the issues of organization of scientific research, commercialization of technology and knowledge, to develop generic or other skills. And so the fellowship really becomes a smithy of elite cadres not only for higher education and science, but also for the production of the country.
